Specially tailored customer courses providing theoretical and hands-on training in small groups, or a mix of set customer courses

All training courses are structured as follows

• Specialists from Ferag and pmc take trainees through the course modules
• A mix between theory (class room) and practical implementation (hands on)
• In the case of Machine Supervisor training, trainees work in a routine production environment
• Courses are held mostly between Friday and Tuesday (incl. weekends), as dictated by the production schedule.
• We work in small groups to ensure optimum benefits for all participants
• The general course programs can be adapted to the customer’s individual wishes and requirements
• For Production Managers and administrative staff, we tailor the training program to the customer’s specific needs (there is no standard program)
• Courses are held in German, Italian and English

We also offer set courses to participants from more than one company.
